1. About REAP

REAP FITNESS operates a reformer Pilates studio in Chennai under the brand REAP. Our services include group reformer classes (up to 5 members), private 1:1 sessions, credit-based memberships, trial classes, waitlists, QR check-in, and related digital tools.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 12 years old to create an account or participate in classes.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Health Declaration, and Liability Waiver on your behalf, and must remain responsible for your participation. We may ask for proof of age or guardian consent.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details (name, phone, email, and date of birth where requested).
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, or that violate studio safety or booking rules.
• You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Classes & studio services

• Group reformer classes are limited to 5 participants. Private sessions are 1:1.
• Classes typically last 50-55 minutes.
• You may book sessions within a 14-day booking window, subject to availability, credits, and any booking restrictions on your account.
• Credits are required to confirm most bookings (except eligible trials or studio-granted comps).
• Waitlists, QR check-in, reminders, and schedule features may be offered through the website or app and may change as we improve the product.

5. Health, fitness & pregnancy

Reformer Pilates involves physical activity and inherent risks. Before your first booking (and when we update our waiver), you must complete our Health Declaration (PAR-Q style) and Liability Waiver.

You must disclose relevant injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, or limitations to coaches before class.

If you are pregnant, postpartum, or believe you may be pregnant, you must obtain written medical clearance from a qualified physician before participating, and you must inform REAP staff. We may decline or modify participation where we reasonably believe it is unsafe.

Participation is at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

6. Studio conduct

You agree to follow our Studio Rules, including arriving on time, using mandatory grip socks, respecting equipment and other members, and following coach instructions. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who creates a safety risk or disrupts the studio.

7. CCTV

The studio premises are monitored by CCTV for safety, security, and incident review. Footage is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By entering the studio, you acknowledge that recording may occur in common areas (not in changing rooms or toilets).

8. Photos & media

We may occasionally photograph or film classes for marketing. Media consent is opt-in only. If you have not consented, we will take reasonable steps not to feature you in promotional materials. You may withdraw consent prospectively by emailing us; withdrawal does not require us to recall materials already published in good faith before withdrawal.

9. Payments

Paid packs and memberships are processed through Razorpay (or other processors we designate). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown at checkout where required.

Purchases of credits/packs are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Membership Terms. Digital credit products are generally non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in those policies or required by law.

10. Bookings, cancellation & no-shows

Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, waitlist, and no-show rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Membership Terms. In summary:

• Free cancellation typically up to 12 hours before class (credit restored).
• Late cancellation generally forfeits the credit held for that booking (no separate cash late fee).
• No-show generally forfeits the booked credit only (no separate cash no-show fee).
• Rescheduling may be allowed within policy limits (including a 7-day move window and monthly caps).

11. Communications

We may send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers, payment receipts, and account notices) by WhatsApp, SMS, email, or push notification. Marketing messages are sent only with appropriate consent where required, and you may opt out of marketing without affecting essential service messages.

12. Intellectual property

All REAP branding, content, class formats, and software interfaces are owned by or licensed to REAP FITNESS. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

13. Changes to services & terms

We may update schedules, pricing, features, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REAP and its proprietor, coaches, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, app, or studio services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific pack or session giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law (including for proven negligence causing personal injury where such limitation is not permitted).

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
